It is not just how to make the house look pretty, it is about defining each room, highlighting focal points in a home, and making awkward spaces make sense.
We have worked very hard to earn our 5 Star reputation and Houzz customer service awards. We are known for our fast turn-around service, affordable pricing and strategic staging plans. Not every home is perfect and we love a challenge – bedrooms that are super small, open floor concepts with few or no internal wall partitions between the living, dining and kitchen spaces, and poorly designed floor layouts.
As luxury home stagers in the New York tri-state area, we have successfully contributed to the sale of thousands of homes. We work consistently with realtors in Jersey City and Hoboken and Manhattan. THE LIVED-IN HOME STAGINGCongratulations! You decided to sell your home. Now you need help styling, organizing and decluttering. Basically the home needs a lot of TLC before any real estate marketing can begin.
In a multiple hour consultation, we start at the front door and go room by room with our “designer” eyes and suggest simple and strategic ways to make your home sell. This can include making the space appear brighter, more stylish and larger. We look inside the cabinets, in the hall and bedroom closets, peek inside the kitchen pantry and various spaces -- the same way a buyer would. As color experts, we may also suggest another color palette. And, in addition to recommending home repairs, we suggest simple and inexpensive ways for the home to look amazing. This staging package includes a detailed staging report. These impressions must be impressive to the potential buyer – the minute they walk in the door -- and that is where we can lend a helping hand. We have an innate sensibility that helps maximize a property’s selling potential. |
